Carle’s Nursing Vacancy rate was 2.5% higher than the national average. This increased rate was a result of the rapid growth in census Carle experienced which increased the need for nursing staff. In 2019, Carle added 136 new RN part time and full time positions.
Carle’s Turnover rate is 10.88% compared to the National Average of 17.2%. This reflects a retention rate of just over 89%. This reflects Carle’s ability to retain their nursing staff.
